Pros

Good people and variety of projects. Customer service focus is strong. Good benefits and ESOP program. Creative company looking to the future.

Cons

All departments are understaffed, working long hours with few breaks between events (no days off). Training is practically non-existent. Weak leadership in many departments with little power to make changes. No rules = no accountability..."fly by the seat of the your pants" mentality.

Pros

It became a running joke that people didn't get fired there, that were promoted to VP of something they made up. There are far, far too many VPs and directors with titles that literally sound like a joke.

Cons

Sorry... out the cons in the pros blank accidentally. Not many pros except opportunity to work from home or flex time.
