Pros

Good benefits and compensation package

Cons

Stressful top to bottom, especially at the top. Town hall pep rally rhetoric often rings hollow. The company has devolved from being a place of joy, pride, and innovation to a place of daily grind glorified as “Freeman Culture” and micromanaging by inept and dysfunctional leadership.

Pros

Decent holiday and PTO pay.

Cons

The accounts payable department is a joke. It's very heavily micro managed by new people who haven't even been with the company long. Long hours and they over work their employees. No employee appreciation. To get things done they have yelling sessions and management tears you down, and talks to you like a child. They don't pay you what you're worth and no proper training, but they expect you to know the job. This place is a resolving door they can't keep employees.
