Pros

There is downtime that sometimes can be cool.

Cons

Lack of respect for time or compensation. Much of the equipment is being paid for on Credit which leaves little to no money for any real raises for its employees. Hours are horrible and unreliable

If you work at one of the better branches (there are few), it's a friendly, family atmosphere and everyone works well together.

Cons

Deadly overtime, literally, even if you are management. Most branches abuse employees.
