Pros

Parking was plenty full and ground floor restaurant subsidised. Some colleagues were friendly and fun. Easy to get to by car.

Cons

Trying to shoe horn a McDonalds style of doing business into the UK. HR a joke. Staff going along with it as any show of non-conformance means dismissal. Losing so much money £millions a year. Can't last.

Pros

Good place to meet like minded individuals, especially if you're in the music business. Ability to rent/borrow equipment for little things like a house party/music record etc. Easy going management. Good work atmosphere, depending on where you are working.

Cons

Business levels flactuate frequently. Some months are super busy, and you find yourself working close to 50-70 hours a week. Some months are super slow, so you're lucky to even have 20-30 hours a week. But that is to be expected working in the Audio Visual industry. Incentives like banking hours to use for slower weeks come in very handy.
