Pros

Got given a free personalised company mug Convenient location Decent redundancy package despite short length of employment Nice co-workers

Cons

Was given the aforementioned mug after being told we were being made redundant Office next to a murder scene Because we never paid invoices, people would frequently walk in to the office demanding cash for what they were owed

Pros

Freeman does a great job of promoting from within. They care about a work/life balance, and tha'ts rare these days.

Cons

Travel can be significant. Like any mid- to large-size company, there can be some red tape, but compared to other places i've worked, this is way better.
