Pros

Onsite canteen. Nice new building. Good coworkers. Desks and chairs.

Cons

Every week something would go wrong and someone would be blamed. Staff turnover must be huge. So many left and were replaced with cheap, low skilled staff to save on overheads. Spent most of the time discussing ges and what they do rather than focusing on our delivery.

Everyone thinks its a bpo since it has the word "BPO" in its name, but actually its an Australian IT company
