Pros

Great people. They are trying to change but with so many tenured employees wanting to maintain the status quo it is hard.

Cons

Too many tenured employees playing survivor game. Information is not shared. Pay and benefits are lacking.

Pros

Great benefits, if you get in at the right level you have opportunity.

Cons

People who are stuck in their ways are usually in charge, doesn't pay quite as much as other companies in salary but the benefits help balance that out.
