Pros

There are some really nice people that work for the company, which really promotes this family like feel. Despite it having grown into such a large company, everyone knows everyone.

Cons

If you're a low-level employee (support, etc - anything that's not executive level or close to) and are looking to make a career within the company by being promoted from within - forget it. The job they hire you for is the job they expect you to perform, year in year out - unless of course you "know" someone.

Pros

The health benefits are good. ok pay, decent hours.

Cons

The supervisors lack training and experience. Don't expect to have complaints taken care of. You will be signaled out and treated poorly. Supervisors are hand picked by their own friends so no room for advancement or to be treated fairly. There's a high turnover rate and with the numerous issues that have gone unresolved. I lost faith in the management team who walk around nit picking human errors and avoid integrity based complaints.

Pros

The smartest, hardest working teams in the industry - and outside of it. Family values (the good kind) and team spirit make up a culture that is rare and incredibly valued. Management is smart and forward-looking.

Cons

Service culture by nature is demanding, and the speed at which the organization has grown creates its own challenges - although I'd argue those are good challenges to have.
