Multiple areas/branches of work to transfer within. Many long time employees.

Cons

Long hours, lots of weekends with no returned compensation.

Pros

flexible, freeman has a great work/life balance. Some travel required for my position (10-20%). Flex time, and results oriented job.

Cons

lots of time wasted due to lack of management communication. little room for career growth. salary is 30-60% below market value. in 3 years of getting above average on performance reviews, i've gotten a 4.2% raise from when i started.

Pros

Company always makes it work, people are helpful and company supports clients overall. Great company.

Cons

Chiefs were never Indians. Too many oldd managers hold empty high roles awaiting retirement. Mangmt unskilled in creative craft compared to rest of company RDCs without dedication or direction. Employees promoted for friendship over skill. Flagrant HR abuse. Always in transition, untrustable.
