Pros

Stable company to work for. It's an employee company owned and have employee activities once in a while

Cons

Management is very immature and it's motto is "if you don't like it, go look for another job" at least that's what the human resources told me.

A Department of Bad Apples

Pros

Good company if you are management!

Cons

Although, I witnessed many departments with great mangament. The department I was in failed. Management lacks any type of skills whatsoever. It is ashame that the company went corprate so quick that it allowed many of the existing skilless employees to jockey into positions of authority. These indivuals micro-manage when they shouldn't and don't manage or oversee enough when they should. While some employees milk the system of overtime by coming in when not needed, since they aren't overseen by anyone, they rack up empty hours of time to clients which cost them and take away from the companys bottom line. However, If you like to polish the rusty sheriffs badge of upper managment, then you might make somewhere.
