They have pretty good benefits.

Losing the "family" feel that it used to have and they do not have enough employees so many times there are long hours.

Freeman has grown rapidly over the past several years, and I would say the “family-feel” still exists! As we grow and evolve, we still look to our company values as a guide. We know our values manifest themselves in all we do and are lived out by our people daily.
