Pros

Great benefits this is all that I have to say. Most of the people there are nice to work with.

Cons

Not loyal to employees. Good ole Boy system in full effect. I’m not the one to play those games.

Thank you for your honest review. We recognize that experience of our employees is extremely important and directly affects our clients. That is why we implemented the Employee Experience department last year. This group is focusing on our culture and the experience of each and every one of our employees. As we work to keep up with the requests of our clients and ever-changing technology, our leadership team is keeping a close watch and are making tough but important decisions to ensure we remain a viable and successful company.

Pros

Freeman is the industry leader. A large family/employee-owned company that has solid core values and tries to stay current with technology. This is a trade show production company so you get to work on projects relating to many different industries(retail, pharma, technology, etc.)

Cons

Compensation for graphics pros is woefully low(about 20% below market). Life/work balance challenging during busy seasons. Workload strains the bandwidth occasionally. Warehouse is the dirtiest one I've ever seen. Professional advancement seems only to occur, with few exceptions, via sales department.
