Pros

pay is decent, work environment is casual, and diversity/culture is celebrated

Cons

their direction is unclear, management can be very arrogant, patronizing, and they don't hold themselves accountable. they tell you they are an encouraging group and are always willing to help, but the truth is, they do that under a guise. don't trust anyone there, no matter how helpful they seem.

Pros

It's a job with pay.

Cons

Poor management in local branch. Unless you're a "favorite," doesn't matter if you do an exceptional job or not. They don't want to hear the truth on things that are happening, and are bending over backwards to cater to the younger, less tenured staff, while depending on the "seasoned" employees to do all of the work. To have done an exceptional job every year, have high rated reviews, and to only receive a 1.2% raise while watching those who didn't work half as hard, not made to travel, work only 8-4 (and on Facebook all the time throughout the day) get full raises or promoted is disheartening.

Pros

Creative and unique company. Used to be a great place to work. With all of the people quitting, there should be plenty of job openings.

Cons

Toxic, highly political and senior levels lead by threats than constructive feedback and direction. You will not have a life away from Freeman.
