Pros

Company offers great benefits. Good people/co-workers.

Cons

Long hours. High burn out rate. Need to be "in the club" to advance. Limited opportunities for advancement. Wrong people in management positions.

Lots of opportunity, lots of work

Pros

You have lots of opportunity for sales and to make your sales goal to receive 20% commission at the end of the year. Friendly and competitive environment and opportunity to travel.

Cons

You have to work long hours to make the sales and while you get to travel, you have to stay in the convention center most of the time you're there. You're at a cubicle and make lots of the same calls every day.
