Pros

You make your schedule weekly and as a part time representative there's even more flexibility than a full time representative.

Cons

Incestuous company, no growth unless you play the politics, work is not worth the pay, department is full of double standards and hypocrisy, and the drama is never ending since the department is young.

Pros

My team was fantastic. They are passionate people who are good at their jobs. The office was fun and inclusive with little gossip. People genuinely care about each other and their clients. The Freeman company does want to be innovative and is actively pursuing change.

Cons

The large Freeman company touts that it cares about its employees, but the benefits don't match that claim. While the company is making innovation a priority, it seems like a lot of the company is slow to shift.
