Work hard, fun people

Pros

Good rapport with your coworkers-a lot of fun people. They became much more flexible during Covid, and they invested in rebounding back into the events industry.

Cons

It’s a work hard play hard type of place, which I really enjoyed. But that might not be for everybody. Also hours are unpredictable and difficulty staffing up post Covid.

there are not many pros to offer

Cons

As a buyer, i was consistently put in uncomfortable situations when they did not pay vendors on time. There were several instances where they found reasons to not pay at all or lost any evidence of the purchase. I would caution anyone considering a purchasing role to beware. Your reputation will suffer.
