Pros

Company has a lot of resources. Good pay.

Cons

No support from the team, expect you to figure it out on your own, high turnover for a reason. Fake bubbly personalities that pretend to care and be invested in you but in reality they don’t care about you.

Pros

Ever challenging, engaging job with a wide pool (all over the country) of highly talented, great people. The work you do feels like it matters, and there is no limit to job growth and opportunities to prove yourself. Very, very fulfilling.

Cons

Work life balance can be tough at times, but that's part of the industry we're in (and not something I blame Freeman for).
