Family owned-business with an active 3rd generation at the helm. Company had the foresight to diversify their offerings prior to COVID, which has kept the lights on.

Cons

Struggling through the pandemic. Many employees are furloughed.

Cons

Long hours, poor work/life balance, uneven pay scale. They need better, more consistent training. Antiquated systems that are redundant.
