Pros

Up until COVID, job security was good and the work is always interesting.

Cons

Progressing slowly - but very much a place where women do the work and men get the credit. If you're a women - work life balance is not something to hope for. Expect to do more and get paid less. If being called names like sweetheart, sugar or honey bothers you - this may also not be the place for you.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed the team and your work during your time at Freeman, and we appreciate all of the contributions you made to our company. Your feedback is also appreciated and noted. We understand that our industry requires extended hours at times, and are making an effort to encourage work-life balance (starting with our new unlimited PTO policy). We strive to make all employment decisions, including rewarding and promoting employees, in an equitable and fair manner with support from our HR team, and we regret that you felt it was difficult to be recognized for your achievements. Again, thank you for taking the time to post this review. We wish you all the best ahead and are here to support you should you have any questions.

Thank you for sharing this review. We are glad that you enjoyed the culture and team at Freeman, and we appreciate all of your contributions to the company. We agree with your advice, and are making it a priority to reinstate our 401K matching and other benefits that had to be suspended due to COVID-19 as soon as it is possible to do so. We are also actively working to promote work life balance and recently introduced an unlimited PTO policy. Again, thank you for taking the time to post this review! We wish you all the best.
