Pros

Lots of resources available, and plenty of variability in career choice

Cons

They tend to hire outside and the work culture can be a bit toxic. People are easily overlooked and management plays favorites. If you’re not a favorite, you can get stonewalled quite easily.

When we are not busy, they encourage you to take time off, and be with your family (but the trade show industry is busy when you are the leading company, so it is hard to find the time).
