You share a space with someone else You train/help others without getting paid to train Office work consists of sorting papers, removing staples, filing folders into the computer Buy/bring your own snacks and meals Long hours of sitting

Great training, great people, supportive work environment

Cons

Department was one of the best assets to Freeman as a whole, so excessive amounts of work were dumped onto the department.
