Pros

Supportive teams, opportunities to work on other projects outside of role (if that's what you want), competitive compensation, option to work remotely or come on-site, 100% paid benefits. There are other options that are not fully covered but the ones I chose were.

Cons

Typical growing pains of a smaller company. Still building out processes and procedures but nothing truly negative about that. It's just not for everyone -- especially if you are from a large corp.
