Pros

**Relatively new hire (< 3mos)** Excellent workplace culture (true to their stated core values), with kind and welcoming coworkers/management. Well structured for onboarding and introduction (you're not just thrown into problems, lots of documentation and guides for settling in). Rapid growth allows for lots of freedom to contribute and make an impact internally and externally. Everyone here is ridiculously intelligent but I haven't experienced any arrogance—people are really interested in sharing expertise and helping everyone else out. Fantastic for cross-functional learning, including internal employee led/managed programming courses for non-coders and general knowledge-sharing Management highly approachable and sociable.

Cons

Imposter syndrome tbh Again, there's no arrogance so it's not a big deal, but I definitely feel like I would get crushed if we did trivia night LOL

Pros

The perspective of a new addition (2nd month in): - A very warm welcoming. Starting at a new organization can be daunting, and the onboarding process was organized in a way that made me feel very supported and gave me plenty of avenues to seek out assistance. -The tone set by executive leadership is genuinely positive (and unscripted). There are regular organization-level meetings where updates are shared and the mission/goals are reinforced. - There's a lot of room to contribute to developing new processes and tools which contributes to a sense of "building something together." -The culture and environment described throughout the interview process and elsewhere online does appear to align with reality. There are a lot of highly intelligent hands-on folks here who support collaborative approaches and knowledge sharing. -The technology! I'm very happy to be working with the latest and greatest.

Cons

-No cons. I'm delighted with my experience so far.
