Pros

-Great benefits: 401K, health and dental are top notch. -Plenty of opportunities for technical training courses. -Strong emphasis on safety culture.

Cons

-GEOLOGISTS BEWARE: In my experience, geologists are blatantly treated like 2nd class citizens to mine engineers. Makes for a demoralizing experience at times. -Limited and inflexible path to upward mobility for geologists (especially compared to engineers). -Company does not properly deal with technical employees that are 'HR nightmares" -Living in certain mining communities in AZ/NM can be depressing. -Salary is below industry standard

Pros

Good bonus system . Professional coworkers. Nice small isolated community. Good after work sport facilities.

Cons

Poor promotion system. Corporate culture changed in last 10 years. More business like...less Indonesian culture like.
