Pros

A number of really good people work in the company, good opportunities for working in different types of work environments and internationally, salary and benefits are good.

Cons

No work-life balance in capital projects - all work and limited pay, promotions can be very difficult to obtain if you are not part of the "in crowd" or working for a manager that does not push for promotion, tend to hire in outsiders rather than promote from within.
