Good salary and facilities on site

Cons

A company run by inept, non-transparent, unqualified individuals. They make lots of promises to employees and the mine-site community in West Papua, but never keep their promises. Some senior managers are abusive to employees (both Indonesian and expatriate employees). Some are only there because they can bs management in the US. A company best avoided - a real mess to work for.

FMI is a large mining successful in operating mines and process plants all over the world. There key success is their experience through developing construction and operating personal and placing them where they are needed throughout their world operating units.
