Freeport McMoran is the best place to work they have the safety program, excellent training facilities & & challenging jobs, electrical equipment & instrumentation is the most challenging & satisfying jobs I ever had

great health benefits and bonus program, lots of opportunities for promotion and growth

Cons

work life balance could be better, they tend to keep on employees with lot of experience even though they are terrible employees just to not lose the experience, even when the employee is doing more harm then good.
