Lack of focus. Lack of follow-through. Lack of accountability. Relatively averse to innovation and technology (stagnant, not competitive). Lack of technical training and/or cross-training through rotations - you figure it out yourself. Most of the promotions/opportunities go to the brown-nosers, image builders, and those with a personal agenda, rather than to those who are actually adding value to the organization and/or have leadership skills.

Stay away from the morenci mine if you are the type who can't stand poor professionalism and pettiness. It's a buddy system. You have to hunt, shoot, chew and spit with the bosses.
