VP never visits Work environment is cancerous Don’t practice what they preach Always changing process & incentives Can’t ever hit store bonus's or budgets Unrealistic expectations Agents slips in additional products without customers knowing. (Shady) Good management is rare! Promotions are already decided not eeoe!
