Pros

Only reason to work is if you are young and live at home with parents and expect no real future and retiring and getting paid minimum was versus the commission

Cons

They lie and deceive customers to walk in the door and overcharge them with whatever they can get out of the working class. Leads are the same people you called the day before till you call them all week not to mention you are not the only one calling the leads your other agents probably already called them 4 times in one day. They have no care for employees no benefits no time off no holiday pay just slave work for minimum wage

Pros

Good pay * * If you know how to work the pay structure, it is possible to consistently make 3-5 k every 2 weeks

Cons

As a sales agent It's a Grind. I mean GRIND. You'll be on the phone most of the day calling back people that have at some point or another called in to get a quote. You wont be the only one calling, you'll be competing against your fellow offices in your district to get these people a policy.
