The place was a good working environment but very stressful

Pros

Great boss, learned a lot, present to higher ups when needed, and customer interfacing

Cons

1) Was not advised or consulted on jobs or projects I was personally involved in 2) brushes to the side a lot due to “inexperience” 3) Undervalued 4) Horrible pay compared to industry

Pros

Great company, people, and opportunity. Good atmosphere, pay and benefits. 401K match and 9/80 work schedule (every other Friday off). Challenging work (you get out what you put in), gain valuable experience.

Cons

There was no cons that I felt strongly about.
