      Working as a packer or forlift op I like it a lot but I can and will door

      Cons

      This job pays $9.50 an hour, with paid time off and comprehensive benefits. Hours 8:30am to 5:00pm Mandatory Over time the hours are 7:30am to 6:00pm with Saturdays.

      Steady work no lay offs. No micromanaging

      Cons

      Working in a freezer for 12 hours a day. Always sick but still have to work. Temps get sent home quick

      Pros

      Great product, and reputable customers, have some quality minded individuals that are not utilized to maximize efficiency. Great opportunity for change agents, however current leadership is a bottle neck to progress.

      Cons

      No training program, no QMS, front office is clueless, doesn't understand capacity planning, labor requirements, production lacks effective leadership. It's a total disaster in Streamwood Plant. I feel sorry for those who truly try to make a real difference. No work life balance. With employees, you get what you pay for.
