Management is horrific and doesn't care about paying decent wages for the majority of their employees so they use a lot of temporary employees instead. They have temporary personnel that have been working there longer than regular employees. There was no formal training in the Quality Assurance Department. When I was promoted from general labor to QA, the employees were told to train me. Unfortunately, the employees in the QA dept. were very "click-ish" and not friendly towards new employees so my training experience was a disaster. My constant complains got me fired. If you have any conflicts with anyone in management, you will find yourself terminated.
