      Pros

      Everyone was great to work with and motivated to solve tough challenges in the last mile B2C food space.

      Cons

      NYC logistics, expansion, staffing, and 2h commitment to customers made the work challenging, and sometimes the progress to maintain goals/kpis was frustrating

      Pros

      Working with my team, Culture Understanding when it comes to family life. Being able to go to different departments and learn from them and they were willing to do so. I loved learning new things and to be able to assist anyone!

      Cons

      Lack of communication Some management are biased. And there is a supervisor that does not do their job to the fullest of their ability. This was spoken to HR but nothing gets done. There are management that is unable or not capable of doing a job as an hourly employee and it should be mandatory so they can get a better understanding of the task at hand.
