We recognize the opportunity to address how we're improving our Benefits and Employee Engagement strategies. Ahold Delhaize's acquisition of FreshDirect in early 2021 has granted us a unique opportunity to analyze our benefits package. We are taking advantage of our shared pricing strategies to improve upon our existing benefits, with the goal of rolling out an even better package for employees. We will continue to share our progress during our monthly companywide meetings leading up to open enrollment in early 2022. If you have any other questions, reach out to your Human Resources Business Partner for further information. Employee Engagement is a crucial aspect of the business we continue to find ways to enhance. While complying with all CDC guidelines we are proud to have brought our employees together through companywide BBQs throughout 2020 and 2021. The safety of our employees continues to be paramount to our Senior Management teams- if and when the pandemic eases employees can expect more opportunities to reconnect.
