      Pros

      Easy work, awesome hr, great employee development, yearly raises, hires from within, variety of positions so somewhere in the company is a place for everyone.

      Cons

      Some supervisors are very "clique-y", company is having a VERY hard time eliminating an internal favoritism problem, racism is very apparent in some departments, while the opportunity to grow is there--you will have to fight tooth and nail to get and keep what you want.
