      advancement opportunities, many of the lower management began career as drivers, competitive salaries, expanding rapidly , 15% growth year over year, good work life balance , family oriented, people get along great, great employee discounts and food programs,

      Pros

      So many beneifts and great work environment. Everyone is really friendly and welcoming. The management is engaged with their employees and focus on being a team. Pretty impressed with the training offered for employees.

      Cons

      It's cold. The plant is a steady 20-40 degrees. Other than that it's not a bad place to work.
