Great coworkers, innovative environment, forever upgrading to stay cutting edge.

Cons

Long hours, below industry standard pay, unrealistic expectations, upper management has a do as I say and not as I do mentality. Senior management has never done the subordinates jobs therefore is not in touch with reality regarding expectations.
