Pros
Easy work. A lot of managers are cool and easy to get along with. There is a lot of potential in the company and hopefully in time there will be improvements down the stretch.
Cons
Management, Ops and Dispatch need to get their stuff together. We were constantly late due to late dispatch and not getting the help that we need. The scheduling is horrible, I got home at 2am every day basically, I live only 40 minutes away from the base. While there are a lot of good drivers, there are a lot that feel that driving is what they get paid for and abuse their helper leaving them to do a lot of walk ups and most of the work, and I was a helper there recently. The union is a HUGE issue as well. They are basically robbing the people within the union. Would also be nice if I got to choose who I wanted to work with to avoid the whole non working driver as I mentioned above.
