      Surprised they invest so much in their employees

      Pros

      So many beneifts and great work environment. Everyone is really friendly and welcoming. The management is engaged with their employees and focus on being a team. Pretty impressed with the training offered for employees.

      Cons

      It's cold. The plant is a steady 20-40 degrees. Other than that it's not a bad place to work.

      Pros

      none really, except you are away from the office so to speak when delivering and the cold warehouse

      Cons

      pay, pay pay, I made less than $9 an hour and I am adult was there for over a year, they pack in bad food even if you say something and they angry at you, mice in the warehouse, outdated yogurt and chicken constantly and they told us to deliver it, check everything if you are a customer!

      Great people work there within the departments (everyone gets along pretty well)

      Upper Management No incentive to stay Benefits could be better No career growth or development path Talks about making changes more then making actual changes 10 year old company still functioning as a start-up
