      Good way to start your career but lack of culture

      Pros

      Good way to start your career if you are looking to learn the ropes of e-commerce. Their operations are quite optimized and the team is highly data driven in their approach.

      Cons

      There is lack of culture and aren't the best pay masters in the city even though they are well funded and have been around for years.

      Pros

      The people are great, and there is opportunity in a lot of different roles. If you are interested in the food industry, or other fields such as technology, HR, then it's a great place for you. The corporate office has a lot going on. You can also drive a truck and work in the plant.

      Cons

      If you are not in the corporate office, then you will have a very tough job. Understand what the job is before you start. The leadership is good, but the each job pays a different salary, so know that the food business is not typically a high paying career path.

      Pros

      Starts out in a good pay. Good environment to work in. Get Saturdays off in the summer. Co workers are great to work with. Everybody got along with each others.

      Cons

      The shifts aren't good. Shifts would be as early as 3:30 am and 4:00 am. Not a stable schedule and you have to work weekends no matter what. The temperature inside was extremely cold, but that's not a big deal.
