Cold in the office, Lots of different focuses and sometimes a struggle to prioritize, We are always eating :)

FOOD focused! Employees are passionate about food. The mission: I feel connected to what I do everyday. Fast-paced environment Open-minded, welcome new thoughts and ideas Pretty flat structure, so great work gets recognized Family environment - I love my co-workers Great work/life balance

Cons

Sometimes the focus is on the wrong things or there are confusion around what the priorities are. There does not seem to be alignment among the senior team. It can be hard to work cross functionally.

Great experience, get to know the city and surrounding areas. Very nice repeat customers. Great opportunity to practice good customer service.

Cons

Safe driving monitoring system is unrealistic, really needs to be looked into to take stress off drivers. Pay rate is low not exactly living wage.
