      Pros

      I loved my co workers, and my task was very simple. I was also promoted and that gave me more of a drive.

      Cons

      I didn't enjoy the extreme cold conditions.

      Paid training, 401k, union enrollment after 30 days, free turkeys for thanksgiving, free uniform, free bottles of water in the summer

      Cons

      Routes can be overwhelming, extremely stressful for drivers, you have to work to build up you're pto instead of just relieving them every year

      Workers are not valued they are given extremely heavy routes exhausting the drivers and helpers. Heavy routes are not put on ease amongs other driver up to 62 stops with 200 orders to walk ups in busy towns.. you inform management and they do not care of your health.
