      Union, work outside, raise every 6 months, tips, growth in company

      Pto sucks. 1 min late you get written up, no warm clothes for winter, and it's minimum wage..

      Pros

      So much room for growth and to learn as you grow. Staff is total proof that you show your worth and they help you gain more from your experiences. I love how there a quality of pride and professionalism in the company and how you are the living advertisement of the company. The brand they set for you is the best and very simple to keep up.

      Cons

      I can't find one yet. Every job has its cons but what you make of them is up to you. So far from employee to management I have not had one bad experience since the first interview and I'm determined to keep it that way and grow with the company as much as I can.

      Hours are ok really easy job to do especially if you like to work outside and drive and interact with customers

      Cons

      Union wouldn't fight for you management play the favoritism card you get written off for everything if you fight for your seniority they mess with your hours really crappy place to work cuz of management
