      Pros

      The best thing I can say about Fresh Direct is that everyone is excited to work here and be part of the fast paced environment. I have had a wonderful experience collaborating across the organization and everyone has been incredibly open minded and welcoming to new ideas.

      Cons

      At times individuals take on too much independently (due to the entrepreneurial spirit) - so you have to make sure you remind others to keep you updated so cross functionally the right decisions are made.
