      Pros

      -Always free food around -Company lunches, team gatherings with food, Lunch and Learns -Generally nice group of people with all different backgrounds -Nice desk set up/work environment -Good company culture, probably one of the best Ive experienced- a lot of mini parties/events throughout the year and contests to get employees engaged.

      Cons

      -Better benefits would make employees stay longer -pay isn't the greatest -location is in the middle of nowhere, but great if you live in midtown manhattan or queens -Poor training -Certain departments seem to get promoted rather than others
