      HR Department Needs Better Training When It Comes To Investigation!

      Easy Job to get with no experience.

      The HR department investigations are very unprofessional and favoritism plays a big part in getting managers and employees fired. Freshdirect have too many racist issues that are never addressed and it no secret that it starts with the HR department where they fired anyone who complained about it. The company promotes no diversity and needs better training when it comes to handling complaints from black employees who report racist issues throughout the company. Don’t be fooled by the 5 stars and good reviews that are left only by the Human Resource Employees and corporate employees cause they know that Glassdoor reviews are important. Freshdirect needs a NEW HR MAKEOVER!

      FreshDirect is a company that puts effort into their employees. Since I have been employed, I have had opportunities to develop myself in experience and also knowledge in areas that were new to me. Growth opportunities are provided for the employees in different programs such as the meat program, the Team Lead program and other job opportunities. The company encourages promotions from within. With COVID, the company focused on employee safety, from putting processes in place and adjusting our business model as needed.

      Communication among teams can be improved.
