The people at FreshDirect are the most passionate people I have ever met. No one cares more about food or their business than the FD employees. The company was great with me as I pursued two of my major life goals - getting my masters degree and having a baby. I was able to work part time through both endeavors, and the company was super supportive of me throughout.

Cons

It can be a difficult place to work because there is so much passion for the business, that often the structure falls by the wayside.
