Great pay, great benefits, good schedule lets you plan ahead for the entire year.

Cons

Poor supervision/management, there can sometimes be favoritism across the shifts. Entire plant is refrigerated, so be ready to work in the cold.

SUPER old equipment drove a truck with 700k miles Wont lay you off instead look for a dumb reason to fire you so you dont get unemployment. Favoritism runs rampid here Managers and Supervisors do not care about your wellbeing they just want the work done as fast as possible no room to move up lots of false promises when you first get hired Non compliant DOT equipment and force you to use it or get fired.
