Pros

This job beats restaurant work any day! No nights, weekends, or holidays. Far better pay and benefits. Supervisors that actually care and listen. I’ve been with them since 2016 and each year just gets better. They’re also incredibly inclusive and supportive of your lifestyle. I can out as non-binary/ genderfluid last year and the entire company was supportive of it. They are great with use of proper name and pronouns and will even defend you if a client doesn’t “approve” of your gender/ sexuality! 6 out of 5 stars from me!

Cons

Hours aren’t guaranteed. You might be full time but if the clients don’t stick around, then you miss out on hours. I haven’t had a full time week since the pandemic hit.

Pros

The opposite of everything you hate about restaurant work....drive around the city instead of being stuck in a building 16 hours a a day. Flexibility in scheduling(I work 8a-5or 6p Monday thru Thursday). Actual paid overtime instead of a cheap crappy 40 hr. restaurant salary for 70 hours of work. Don't have to work restaurant weeks, holidays, nights, or weekends. Great benefits. Vacay pay. Actually make a difference in people's lives.

Cons

I didn't come up with the idea first.
